Help Pre-K through Grade 8 Girls Through Hurtful Friendships
Most young girls today are affected in some way by Relational Aggression, or emotional bullying.
As a parent, it can be painful to see your daughter suffer at the hands of her "friends."
As an educator, it can be frustrating to watch girls lose their ability to engage and learn in school when they are caught in the tangled web of hurtful friendship behaviors.
I want you to know that there is A Way Through™ the damaging patterns of Relational Aggression. I experienced that path personally as a parent when my daughter, Libby, was bullied by her best friend throughout 3rd and 4th grade. It was devastating for both of us.
Yet, as we worked our way through the experience, Libby came to discover that her personal power was hers to tap into (or not). This was something that no one else could control. It was a joy for me to watch as she made new decisions about friendships and about what she deserves.
As Co-Founder of A Way Through, LLC, I am committed to helping parents and educators guide young girls through painful friendships: When Girls Hurt Girls™.
