Blair is a career and business coach supporting mid-life professionals and small business owners as they work to align themselves with their passions and strengths. Blair’s power as a coach lies in facilitating professionals in positioning themselves to succeed — as they define success. Blair’s clients create careers and lives in alignment with their personal values and natural talents. Blair has a strong interest and background in applying the concepts and tools of the Law of Attraction to assist others in becoming master manifesters.

Blair is a certified Law of Attraction practitioner and has a 20 year background in business creating business methodology/processes that drive repeatable successes; leading large-scale programs; and teaching and mentoring managers in effective project/program management practices.

As Founding Chapter President of the International Coach Federation of Eastern Iowa/Western Illinois, Blair serves as a leader in the coaching community and volunteers her time to build the coaching profession and to educate and mentor junior coaches.

Blair has a BS from Iowa State University. Blair is also a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), the first ICF accredited coach training program with the largest number of certified coaches globally. Blair holds Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) certification from CTI and is a credentialed member of the International Coach Federation.
